Step into the café, enjoy a cup of coffee, and take in the gentle flow of people coming and going or flip through a small book. Moments like these—no matter where or when—have been among Paul Chiang’s most cherished since his youth.

His love for solitude began in high school, where he found comfort in the world of classical music. “Debussy’s ‘Clair de Lune’ was my first love in music,” he recalls. Now, Café Debussy, located on the first floor of the Dreamers Pavilion, faces a stunning ocean view and invites you to pause for a while with simple yet delightful meals and a tranquil ambiance.
