Tickets

  1. Please reserve tickets via online ticketing. You may reserve tickets for visits up to two months in advance, including same-day visits.
  2. Each time slot has limited availability. If you do not have a reservation, we recommend checking the online ticketing for available time slots and making a reservation before arriving.

  3. If your preferred time slot is fully booked online and on-site tickets are sold out, walk-in entry will not be available.

  5. Member Privileges
  • Members of the Paul Chiang Art Center enjoy free admission without reservation during the membership period.
  • Members enjoy discounted admission for up to three accompanying guests and receive five complimentary digital tickets, valid during the membership period.

Admission

Enjoy Opening Discount Prices for Visits Before June 30, 2025

  1. General Admission: NT$200 (Full Price NT$350)
  2. Group Ticket: NT$150 (Full Price NT$250) For groups of 15 or more, all must enter at the same time.
  3. Discounted Ticket: NT$150 (Full Price NT$250)
    • For students 7 years and older (excluding community colleges or short-term courses)
    • For seniors 65 years and older
    • For guests accompanied by a licensed tour guide or leader
  4. Taitung Resident Ticket: NT$100 (Full Price NT$150) For Taitung residents with ID or valid Taitung work certification (employee ID only, no business cards)
  5. Taitung County Donghe Township Residents Free (Full Price NT$150): For residents registered in Donghe Township, Taitung County (ID required).
  6. Free Tickets:
    • For members of Paul Chiang Art Center with a valid membership card (for personal use only, apply via the Paul Chiang Art Center's official LINE account)
    • For children under 7 years old
    • For individuals with a disability certificate and one accompanying person
    • For individuals with low-income household certification
    • For tour guides or tour leaders licensed by the Tourism Bureau only (personal use only)
    • For members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), American Alliance of Museums (AAM), International Committee for Museums and Collections of Modern Art (CIMAM), or the Taiwan Museum Association
       
Ticket Usage
  1. The above tickets do not include tickets for special exhibitions or events.

  2. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

  3. Please arrive at the Center at your scheduled time slot. Present your QR Code at the reception center.

  4. If you are purchasing a discounted ticket, Taitung resident ticket, or eligible for free entry, please ensure you bring a valid ID for verification. If the required ID is not presented, you will be kindly asked to purchase a full-price ticket.

  5. Once scanned, tickets and QR Codes are invalidated. We are unable to provide refunds for lost or damaged tickets.

  6. If you need to change your visit date or time slot, please cancel your reservation and make a new purchase. Partial refunds for multiple tickets (including group tickets) are not available. We recommend verifying all details before completing your purchase.

  7. In case of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain), and for the safety of visitors, the Center may postpone or cancel the opening or the use of tickets. We will provide timely notifications and updates. The Center reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change any related details.
     
Refund Policy
  1. For pre-paid reservations, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled visit. A 10% handling fee will be charged for cancellations made within 3 days of the visit. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.

  2. To request a refund, please log in to the online ticketing's member center → My Orders → Paid Orders → click on "Request Refund" and then proceed to repurchase the required tickets.

  3. Tickets purchased in person at the Center's reception center on the day of the visit are not eligible for refunds.

  4. Once tickets or complimentary tickets have been used, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Feel free to bring your own smartphone and headphones. We encourage you to join the "Paul Chiang Art Center official LINE account" for a guided tour of the artworks and space, available in Chinese, English, and Japanese.

Each tour lasts approximately 40-45 minutes. Please gather at the reception center to join.


Visit Guidelines

Entrance Reminders
  1. Pets are not allowed in the Center, except for guide dogs.

  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Center.

  3. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Center, except for water. Please refrain from bringing beverages or food. Coffee purchased at Café Debussy may only be consumed within the café. Lockers are provided to store items not allowed in the gallery. The reception center also provides drinking water; you are welcome to bring your own bottle or cup to refill.

  4. The Center is connected to natural areas. For your safety and to protect the environment, please do not feed the wildlife.

  5. Most pathways are made of stones and may be uneven. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Please note that this may cause inconvenience for visitors with strollers or wheelchairs. We appreciate your understanding.

  6. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, appropriate attire is appreciated. We ask that visitors avoid entering shirtless, in undershirts, or house slippers.

  7. Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Each adult may accompany up to two children aged 0-12 and must provide full assistance and supervision throughout the entire visit. (This does not apply to school group visits.)

  8. In the event of crowd control, re-entry may be required. Follow the guidance of on-site staff and queue for re-entry.

 
Visitor Reminders
  1. Any size of backpack or personal item exceeding 40x30x20 cm must be checked in at the reception center.

  2. Personal umbrellas should be placed in the outdoor umbrella racks at the reception center. Compact umbrellas may be stored in your personal bag.

  3. Other personal items that are deemed necessary to be checked in or removed from the premises by the Center staff should be handled according to their guidance.

  4. Visitors are expected to follow these guidelines during their visit. Disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or order of the exhibitions may result in a warning, restricted access, or denial of entry to the Center.

 

Image Recording Reminders
  1. Unless otherwise specified, non-commercial photography is allowed inside the Center. Flash photography is prohibited in the galleries. To protect intellectual property, the use of tripods, handheld stabilizers, or other professional recording equipment is not permitted.

  2. To maintain the quality of the exhibition experience, the use of selfie devices is not allowed. Photography for weddings, artistic portraits, cosplay, photography lessons, or any activity that may affect safety or disturb the enjoyment of others is also prohibited. Staff may remind visitors to take photos in moderation. If any behavior is deemed to compromise the safety of the exhibits or the order of the visit, the Center reserves the right to refuse entry.

  3. Please be aware that if other visitors appear in your photos or videos, sharing those images may violate the portrait rights of those individuals.

  4. To respect intellectual property rights, any photos or videos taken of exhibited works must comply with the following Creative Commons license terms. If you plan to use photos or videos for blogs or photo-sharing services, please include the following attribution:

Accessibility

The outdoor grounds of the Center are paved with stone tiles, and there are some sloped pathways. We will do our best to provide assistance during your visit. Please contact our staff in advance by phone at 0966-421-049 for any special requests. 

Facilities

  • The Reception Center is equipped with wheelchairs and accessible restrooms.

  • An elevator is available to access the second-floor of the Gallery 3 and Café Debussy.

Parking

  • The parking lot will not be completed until the next phase of development. In the meantime, please park your vehicle along the roadside of Provincial Highway 11. We will provide assistance and arrange shuttle service for visitors with mobility challenges to the entrance.
