The Paul Chiang Arts and Cultural Foundation, established in 2013, is based at the Paul Chiang Art Center in Jinzun, Taitung, and co-operated with the Alliance Cultural Foundation. The Foundation promotes the art and vision of Paul Chiang while supporting the cultural and artistic development of Hualien and Taitung. Its mission is to foster local creative industries and tourism, and to share the region’s cultural vitality with the international community.

The Foundation is dedicated to:
• Developing and operating the Paul Chiang Art Center
• Presenting exhibitions, performances, and cultural programs
• Managing arts and cultural spaces
• Offering arts education initiatives and publishing cultural and artistic materials
• Supporting outstanding arts and cultural initiatives, and cultivating artistic talent
• Facilitating international arts and cultural exchange and advancing the global development of Taiwanese art
• Advancing public-interest cultural initiatives aligned with our mission
