The Paul Chiang Arts and Cultural Foundation was established in 2013. Based at the Paul Chiang Art Center in Jinzun, Taitung, it is co-operated with the Alliance Cultural Foundation. The Foundation promotes the art of Paul Chiang and is committed to advancing the cultural and artistic development of Hualien and Taitung. It aims to foster local creative industries and tourism while bringing the region’s rich artistic and cultural vitality to the international stage.
