The on-site parking lot will be completed at a later stage. For now, a limited number of temporary parking spaces are available within the art center grounds. Once full, please kindly park along Provincial Highway 11—and stay safe.

Estimated one-way travel times:

Taitung Train Station → Paul Chiang Art Center: approximately 40 minutes

Taitung Airport → Paul Chiang Art Center: approximately 45 minutes

Yuli Train Station (Hualien) → Paul Chiang Art Center: approximately 75 minutes

Note: Travel times may be longer during rush hours or holidays, even in Taitung.
